In 2011, Lynn Carter met Ron Blackwood. He was taken by her booking of three mega churches for Carman in three days for the next month. He told her she booked for him now. That was fourteen years ago. Ron was and always will be Lynn's mentor and family. In the past year and a half, Lynn has found life hard. She lost her mother on March 29, 2024. She was floored, but Ron and Shelley were there, and she found new family members in Kelly, Amber, Autumn, and Jason Nelon Clark. Jason told her that she was the Nelons' booking agent. On July 26, 2024, she lost Kelly, Amber, and Jason, and again, Ron and Shelley were there for her. On June 26, 2025, she lost Ron. Because of everything Ron had taught her, she started R.F.B. Agency in honor of Ron Blackwood. The goal of this agency is to be the largest and to give back to the Gospel Music Community and its artists.
